This sublime pendant showcases the blend of curves and angles ubiquitous to Art Deco design. It's function is equally evocative of the era in which women achieved a new independence. The little mirror on the back side could be used for applying lipstick, an act almost emblematic for the self-determination of the flapper, the new woman of the 20th Century. Light appears to travel through the vintage opal glass, Swarovski aurora, champagne and clear crystal emblazoned on the front of this sculptural piece and on the stations of the long chain. Finished in warm burnished bronze. Signed Sweet Romance USA
